Torso
Limbs

I had to build up the tops of the legs to make them "squared".  I used beads of hot-glue around the edge.  Every now and then, I would dribble some on the inside to secure the wall I was building.  Once flat across, they can be glued down to the bottom of the molding container.  In this case, two large cups from the movie theatre.

Here are all of the remaining parts to be cast.  Absent are the upper right and lower left arm sections.  My design does not require them.

Here they are again just after the silicon was poured.  The bucket with the stick in it, is the gallon-kit, mixed in it's own container (...they leave enough room at the top to do this... nice of them, eh?).  To the right you can see some of the parts after being de-molded.

Four torsos awaiting limbs.
